1. Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be returned in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging.
- Hair products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety concerns.
- Sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- How to Return an Item:

Our team will provide you with the return instructions, including a return authorization number if necessary.- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
- For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items to ensure they are safely returned to us.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they meet our return policy criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Processing Time:
Refunds will typically be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your bank statement depending on your payment provider. -
Shipping Charges:
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping and you choose to return part or all of your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer you a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
To process a defective item return, please send us the following details:

- Photos of the damaged or defective product
- Description of the issue
Once we confirm the defect or damage, we will issue a full refund or arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used hair care products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise stated)
6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
