We currently ship to the United States and internationally. If you are outside the United States and want to order, please contact our customer service team at info@sparkzhair.com for more information on international shipping.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that during high-demand periods or holidays, processing time may be slightly delayed.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (within the U.S.)
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Typically, it may take 7-21 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as carrier delays or customs procedures (for international orders).

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location, the weight of the items in your order, and the shipping method selected. You will see the total shipping cost at checkout before completing your order.

  • Free Standard Shipping: On all U.S. orders over $50.
  • Expedited Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout.
